A check for $335 to payable to Westview Groups and Clubs (boys lacrosse in the memo) can be dropped off to the LAX box at the Collins’ home at 12662 Cloudbreak Ave. PayPal is available located in the GOLD HELMETS link in the banner above.

Gold helmets are not required for JV team (players can wear any helmet they have) but many choose to wear one all 4 years. These are only ordered once a year so let me know if you have questions.
